DECISION GATES
[ ] The exact AI service, workspace, account, feature, and organisational use are approved.
[ ] The file is the minimum useful copy for the stated task.
[ ] A responsible person reviewed the exact output.

PURPOSE AND DESTINATION
[ ] The task is written in one sentence.
[ ] Training, retention, administrator access, connectors, and contract were checked.
[ ] Client, legal, security, records, and sector rules are satisfied.

MINIMUM USEFUL COPY
[ ] The original is preserved and will not be uploaded by mistake.
[ ] Unnecessary pages, sheets, rows, columns, fields, attachments, and precision are removed.
[ ] Direct identifiers are removed or replaced consistently.
[ ] Indirect identifiers were assessed together for re-identification risk.

VISIBLE AND HIDDEN DATA
[ ] Redaction removed underlying content; it did not merely cover it.
[ ] Properties, comments, revisions, notes, hidden content, attachments, and embedded objects were inspected.
[ ] Credentials, tokens, connection strings, internal URLs, and filenames were checked.
[ ] Scans and images received a visual review; metadata and OCR limits were considered.

FINAL VERIFICATION
[ ] The exact copy was closed, reopened, and searched again.
[ ] Redacted areas do not reveal source text through selection, copy, or extraction.
[ ] Required content, formulas, references, layout, and meaning still work.
[ ] A responsible person approved the exact file and destination.
