[ ] Search each sensitive term and common variant.
[ ] Try selecting and copying around every redacted region.
[ ] Inspect properties, comments, annotations, attachments, layers, forms, scripts, and embedded objects as applicable.
[ ] Review scanned or image-only pages visually; account for OCR errors.
[ ] Confirm the file opens normally and useful content still works.
[ ] Have a responsible person review the exact upload copy.

A zero-result search is not proof that an image-only or unsupported item is absent.
